职业社会能力是学生极为重要的职业核心能力,但在实际培养中成效不很理想,究其原因就是把社会能力的培养混同其他学科,实行传统式的课堂化教学。本文认为日常生活是职业社会能力形成的原发地与应用的主领域,职业社会能力的培养与应用具有同一性,从而得出职业社会能力具有极强的生活性。因此,职业社会能力必须进行去课堂化的生活化培养,并采用生活渗透教学模式。
Professional social competence is a very important vocational core competency of students, but its effectiveness in actual training is not very satisfactory. The reason is that the cultivation of social competence is mixed with other disciplines and the traditional classroom teaching is practiced. This paper argues that daily life is the primary field of the formation and occupation of professional social competence. The cultivation and application of professional social competence have the same identity, so that the ability of professional social life is extremely liveable. Therefore, the vocational social ability must carry out classroom-oriented life-style training, and adopt life-infiltrating teaching mode.
