目的了解北京市祟文区中学生对预防艾滋病相关知识的掌握情况及态度、行为现状,为学校开展预防艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法 2009年10月对崇文区4所中学1540名中学生进行问卷调查。结果艾滋病基础知识各相关内容知晓率在84%及以下;艾滋病传播途径回答正确率在86%以上;非传播途径几项问题中蚊虫叮咬不会传播艾滋病回答正确率较低,且高中低于初中;在对待艾滋病感染者的态度上,值得同情一题回答正确率高中也低于初中,其余各项高中均高于初中,而男女生无差别;在被调查的学生中,5.33%的高中男生有过性行为,且认为处于热恋或一见钟情就可以发生性关系的同学中男生均多于女生。结论中学生预防艾滋病知识水平有待提高,应有针对性地加强艾滋病及相关行为的健康教育。同时针对中学生年龄特点进行青春期性教育很有必要。
Objective To understand the mastery, attitudes and behavior of middle school students in Chongwen District of Beijing on the prevention of AIDS-related knowledge and provide the basis for school’s prevention of AIDS health education. Methods In October 2009, 1540 middle school students from 4 middle schools in Chongwen District were surveyed. Results The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was below 84% and the correct rate of AIDS transmission was over 86%. In some non-transmission ways, mosquito bites did not spread AIDS. The accuracy rate of answering AIDS was low and high school was lower than junior high school ; In the attitude towards people living with HIV, the sympathetic one is worth to answer the correct rate of high school is also lower than the junior high school, the rest of the high school were higher than the junior high school, and no difference between boys and girls; among the students surveyed, 5.33% of high school boys There are more boys than girls who have had sexual intercourse and believe they can have a sexual relationship at love or at first sight. Conclusion The knowledge level of preventing AIDS among middle school students needs to be improved. Health education on AIDS and related behaviors should be strengthened in a targeted manner. At the same time, it is necessary to conduct adolescent sexual education according to the age characteristics of middle school students.
