目的调查我县适龄应征青年的HBV携带率和ALT异常率。方法对1997年至2007年全县适龄应征青年体检的HBsAg和ALT检测结果进行统计、分析。结果我县适龄应征青年的HBV携带率29.47%、ALT异常率7.53%。结论我县适龄应征青年的HBV携带率高,肝功能受损较严重、且近几年有加重趋势,需引起有关部门的重视。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of HBV carriers and ALT abnormalities among eligible age-eligible young people in our county. Methods From 1997 to 2007, the results of HBsAg and ALT examination of young age-eligible physical examination in the whole county were statistically analyzed. Results age-related recruitment of young people in our county HBV carrier rate of 29.47%, ALT abnormal rate of 7.53%. Conclusion The age-eligible young people in our county have a high rate of HBV carriers and severely impaired hepatic function. In recent years, they have a tendency of aggravating and should be paid more attention by relevant departments.
