目的 :观察津玉降糖茶的降糖作用。方法 :实验设三个剂量组 ,另设高血糖模型组和蒸馏水空白对照组。低、中、高三个剂量分别为 0 5、1、3g/kg BW ,相当于人推荐摄入量的 5倍、10倍和 3 0倍。正常动物模型组筛选空腹血糖 (FBG)在 3~ 5mmol/L范围内的小鼠 40只 ,高血糖动物模型采用尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶后筛选FBG >10mmol/L的小鼠 40只 ,各按血糖水平分层分为四组 ,按剂量设计对小鼠连续喂养 14天后 ,给予葡萄糖 2 5 g/kg .BW灌胃 ,于 0、0 5、2h三时相分别测定血糖值。结果 :样品各剂量组与正常对照组、高血糖模型组相比 ,均无显著性差异 (经方差分析 ,P >0 0 5 ) ,而样品高剂量组小鼠实验后 0 5、2h时相的血糖均明显低于高血糖模型组 ,经方差分析 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :津玉降糖茶具有降糖作用。
Objective: To observe the hypoglycemic effect of Jinyu Jiangtang Tea. Methods : Three dose groups were set up for the experiment. A hyperglycemic model group and distilled water blank control group were set up. The low, medium, and high doses were 0 5, 1, and 3 g/kg BW, corresponding to 5 times, 10 times, and 30 times the recommended intake. In the normal animal model group, 40 mice with a fasting blood glucose (FBG) in the range of 3 to 5 mmol/L were selected. In the hyperglycemic animal model, 40 mice with FBG > 10 mmol/L were selected after tail vein injection of alloxan. The blood glucose level was divided into four groups. According to the dose design, the mice were continuously fed for 14 days and glucose was administered at a dose of 25 g/kg. BW. The blood glucose levels were measured at 0, 0 5, and 2 h. Results: There was no significant difference between the doses of each sample group and the normal control group and the hyperglycemic model group (ANOVA, P > 0 05), while the samples of the high dose group were 0, 2 hours after the experiment. The blood glucose levels were significantly lower in the hyperglycemic model group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Jinyu Jiangtang Tea has hypoglycemic effect.
