目的研究正常人及帕金森病(Parkinson`sdiseasePD)患者手术前后嗓音的声学特征,探讨语音频谱分析系统在帕金森病的诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法采用USSA语音频谱分析系统对30例正常成人及54例喉病患者发持续元音犤a:犦时的声音信号进行检测,分析帕金森病的基频、共振峰、频率微扰、振幅微扰和谐噪比,同时观察语图谐波、共振峰及噪声成分特征及变化规律。结果帕金森病F0,F1,F2,F3值与对照组及术后比较,频率均值差异有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。PD组手术前APQ值、FPQ值增高,H/N值下降,与正常组及术后对比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。PD患者语图表现谐波及共振峰不规则,噪声成分增加。结论计算机语音频谱分析系统可作为检测PD的有效客观指标。
Objective To study the acoustic characteristics of voice before and after surgery in patients with Parkinson’s disease PD and to explore the value of voice spectrum analysis system in the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Methods The sound signals of 30 normal adults and 54 patients with laryngeal diseases who underwent continuous vowel a: 犦 were detected by USSA voice spectrum analysis system. The fundamental frequency, resonance peak, frequency perturbation and amplitude amplitude of Parkinson’s disease Disturbance harmonic noise ratio, while observing the language diagram harmonics, resonance peaks and noise components and changes in the law. Results There was significant difference in F0, F1, F2 and F3 values between Parkinson ’s disease group and control group and after operation (P <0.05, P <0.01). The APQ value, FPQ value and H / N value of PD group before operation were significantly lower than those of normal group and postoperative group (P <0.05). PD patients language diagram showing harmonic and resonance peaks irregularities, increased noise components. Conclusion Computer voice spectrum analysis system can be used as a valid objective measure of PD.
