为了节约能源,提高热能利用率,我厂将厂区周围原生活用蒸汽供暖系统全部改为蒸汽凝结水的供暖系统。同时,将厂部办公大楼更换成散热率较高的钢制折边对流散热器和板式散热器。系统运行3年后,先后发现大部分板式和折边对流散热器因腐蚀泄漏而无法修复。同时,发现供暖管道内壁均有腐蚀痕迹,散热器内有大量的红锈和黑锈沉淀物,泄漏处均为凹坑状腐蚀,供暖循环水的pH值为5.0左右。
