本文报道了刺五加叶皂甙对正常大鼠及实验性高脂血症大鼠的甘油三酯,总胆固醇及脂蛋白-胆固醇代谢的影响。结果表明:刺五加叶皂甙能提高实验性高脂血症大鼠血清HDL及亚组分HDL2的含量,降低TG、VLDL-C的含量,对血清TC虽无影响,但降低TC/HDL-C和LDL-c/HDL-C的值;而对正常大鼠的上述指标均无影响。
This article reports the effect of Acanthopanax senticosus on triglycerides, total cholesterol and lipoprotein-cholesterol metabolism in normal rats and experimental hyperlipidemic rats. The results showed that Acanthopanax senticosus saponin can increase the content of serum HDL and sub-component HDL2 in experimental hyperlipidemic rats and reduce the content of TG and VLDL-C. Although it has no effect on serum TC, it reduces TC/HDL- C and LDL-c/HDL-C values; no effect on normal rats.
