目的探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对胎儿脐带绕颈的诊断价值。方法随机选择经CDFI诊断为胎儿脐带绕颈的足月待产者,与分娩时结果对照分析。结果153例脐带绕颈者经产后证实151例符合诊断,2例不符合,符合率为98.7%,假阳率为1.3%。结论彩色多普勒血流显像对胎儿脐带绕颈的诊断有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) on the fetal cord around the neck. Methods Randomly selected full-term pregnant women who were diagnosed as fetal umbilical cord around neck by CDFI were compared with the results of childbirth. Results 153 cases of umbilical cord around the neck after birth confirmed 151 cases consistent with the diagnosis, 2 cases did not meet the coincidence rate was 98.7%, false positive rate was 1.3%. Conclusion Color Doppler flow imaging of fetal cord around the neck diagnosis of great value.
