目的:探讨分析护理干预对老年肺结核合并糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取28例老年肺结核合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,其中男性17例,女性11例。随机平均分为观察组和对照组,将两组患者的临床效果进行比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组实施常规护理,常规给予隔离消毒。观察组除给予常规护理外实施整体护理干预。结果:采取整体护理的观察组患者各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组的常规护理(P<0.01)。结论:对于老年肺结核合并糖尿病病人应加强早期诊断,加强规范化治疗,落实全程整体治疗,加强临床护理和加强健康教育,以降低疾病的传染性,提高治疗的成功率,提高病人的生命质量。针对老年肺结核合并糖尿病患者实施整体护理干预措施不仅促进了患者疾病的转归及康复,促使患者更好的回归家庭、社会角色。
Objective: To explore the impact of nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods: Twenty-eight elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes mellitus were selected as study subjects, including 17 males and 11 females. Randomly divided into observation group and control group, the clinical effect of the two groups was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Observation group to implement routine care, routine given isolation and disinfection. The observation group received general nursing intervention except for routine care. Results: All the quality of life scores of observation group patients taking whole nursing were significantly higher than those of control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The diagnosis of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus should be strengthened, the standardized treatment should be strengthened, the whole treatment should be implemented, the clinical nursing should be strengthened, the health education should be strengthened to reduce the infectiousness of the disease, improve the success rate of treatment and improve the quality of life of patients. The implementation of holistic nursing interventions for senile pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes not only promotes the recovery and rehabilitation of patients’ diseases, prompting patients to better return to family and social roles.
