使用基线平行于听眶线及平行于硬腭两种不同颞骨高分辨率CT扫描基线,作者评价了50例正常CT表现病人眼晶体接受的放射剂量及其颞骨结构的显示情况,对两组颞骨影像资料进行了X~2检验比较。当基线由听眶线改变为平行于硬腭平面时,眼晶体接受放射剂量从31.70mGy减少于0.752mGy,同时也改进了颞骨影像结构的显示。因此,作者推荐平行于硬腭平面作为颞骨高分辨率CT的扫描基线。
