目的：综述近几年研究的药物肝靶向性的新方法和新思路，为此类药物的开发和应用提供参考。方法：检索、概括近几年国内外文献，重点介绍糖蛋白、脂蛋白、胆酸（盐）等载体和手段向肝组织选择性传输活性物质的最新进展。结果与结论：该类系统发展中问题与希望并存，其突破取决于多学科间的联系与融合
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the new methods and new ideas of liver targeting in recent years, and provide reference for the development and application of such drugs. Methods: To search and summarize domestic and foreign literatures in recent years, and to introduce the latest progress of selective transport of active substances to liver tissues by means of carriers such as glycoprotein, lipoprotein and cholic acid (salt).
