目的观察贝前列腺素钠片联合百令胶囊对糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将42例糖尿病肾病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各21例。对照组口服百令胶囊2.0g,3次/d,治疗组在对照组基础上加贝前列腺素钠40μg,3次/d口服,观察2个月。检测治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)。结果两组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、BUN、SCr均有明显下降(P<0.05),且组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝前列腺素钠片联合百令胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病效果良好,可减少尿蛋白定量,延缓肾功能减退,是一种较为理想的治疗方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of beraprost sodium tablets combined with Bailing capsule on diabetic nephropathy. Methods Forty-two patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group (21 cases) and control group (21 cases). The control group oral Bailing capsule 2.0g, 3 times / d, the treatment group in the control group based on the addition of bee prostaglandin sodium 40μg, 3 times / d orally, observed for 2 months. 24h urine protein, urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (SCr) were measured before and after treatment. Results The urinary protein, BUN and SCr in 24 hours after treatment were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Bei prostaglandin sodium tablets combined with Bailing capsule treatment of diabetic nephropathy with good results, can reduce the urine protein, delay renal dysfunction, is an ideal treatment.
