阳山县小江公社大崀生产队于1971年起不断发现肝大腹水病人,尤其以15岁以下儿童为多,病例逐年增加,四年来因患同样病症死亡者达16例。地、县医疗队曾分别前往该队进行检查,但未找出病因,疾病继续流行。为了迅速查明病因和控制疾病流行,根据上级党委指示,在当地党组织的重视和领导下,我们于1975年10—11月对该队作了重点调查,现将调查情况报告如下。
Yangshan County Xiaogong commune production team in large batches in 1971 continued to find patients with liver cirrhosis, especially for children under 15 years of age, the number of cases increased year by year, suffering from the same illness over the past four years, up to 16 cases. Medical teams from both prefectures and prefectures went to inspect the team respectively, but did not find the cause and the disease continued to prevail.
