档案职业公信力认知比较研究

本文对社会公众关于档案职业公信力的认知情况进行问卷调查,调查从档案职业主体、档案职业客体、档案职业条件等三方面展开。结果显示,在档案用户的认知中,各构成形态及其因素对档案职业公信力的影响力不同,且影响力大小与其对档案利用需求满足的影响正相关;潜在用户和现实用户对各构成形态及其因素影响力的认知存在不同程度的差异,且这些差异有较为明显的规律。本文以此为依据,提出加强档案职业道德修养、重视档案二次开发产品和改善档案职业条件状况等有针对性的建议,以提升档案职业公信力。 This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the public’s cognition about the credibility of the file profession. The survey starts from three aspects: the main body of the file occupation, the professional object of the file and the occupational conditions of the file. The results show that in the cognition of archivists, the influence of each constituent form and its factors on the occupational credibility of archives is different, and the influence size is positively correlated with its effect on the demand satisfaction of archives utilization. For potential users and actual users, And the influence of their factors have different degrees of cognitive differences, and these differences have a more obvious law. Based on this, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as strengthening professional ethics of archives, emphasizing the secondary development of archives and improving the occupational conditions of archives so as to enhance the credibility of archival occupations.
