基于菌群优化算法优化生产车间传感网能耗

为了降低制造车间传感网能耗,采用基于菌群优化的径向基函数神经网络算法对传感网数据进行融合,去除冗余感知数据并降低数据维度;首先分析传感网节点的分簇及数据传输方式,然后建立基于径向基函数神经网络的生产车间传感网数据融合模型,引入菌群算法,利用菌群算法的趋化、复制和迁徙操作对神经网络的权重进行优化,获得稳定的径向基函数神经网络结构。结果表明,相比常用传感网能耗优化算法,采用菌群优化的径向基函数神经网络优化效率高,在网络能量一定的情况下,能有效减缓节点的“脱网”速度,并增加汇聚节点的接收数据量,通过改变菌群趋化
