大庆油田“八五”计划末期用电负荷增至 146× 10 4 kW ,仅增容一项就需投资 10亿元。在油田生产中 ,油气集输、油田注水、含油污水处理等主要生产工艺都要通过各种泵及压缩机完成 ,其用电量占油田总用电量的 6 0 %左右。目前 ,这些油泵、水泵和压缩机大都处于电动机恒速运转状态 ,很大一部分油、水泵在变工状态下运行 ,在运行中普遍存在离心泵节流、往复泵打回流现象 ,造成极大的电能浪费。采用变频调速技术来控制流量 ,代替用阀门节流调节 ,是一条行之有效的节能途径
