收集10例食管癌手术切除标本,用定量组织学的方法观察食管癌组织中浸润炎细胞的形态、数量和分布特点。观察发现,食管癌组织中有大量炎细胞浸润,其中以单个核细胞(包括淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞和浆细胞)为主,占77.49%~89.34%,嗜酸性细胞和肥大细胞也可见。单个核细胞在癌旁增多,在癌内间质减少,单个核细胞的浸润程度与食管癌组织的分化程度、生长方式以及浸润和转移能力之间有密切的关系。
Ten surgical specimens of esophageal cancer were collected. The morphology, number and distribution of infiltrating inflammatory cells in esophageal cancer tissue were observed by quantitative histology. Observed that there are a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration in esophageal cancer tissue, of which mononuclear cells (including lymphocytes, macrophages and plasma cells), accounting for 77.49% ~ 89.34%, eosinophils and mast cells are also visible. The number of mononuclear cells increases near the tumor, and the amount of interstitial cells in the tumor decreases. The degree of infiltration of mononuclear cells is closely related to the degree of differentiation of the esophageal cancer tissue, the growth pattern, and the ability to infiltrate and metastasize.
