连江黄岐将与马祖联合打造环马祖澳旅游区,拟打造成以观光和休闲为主、商贸和会议为辅的“世界知名的5S休闲度假胜地”。2011年11月22日,《黄岐(环马祖澳)旅游区发展总体规划》(以下简称《规划》)通过专家评审,两岸共同建设的环马祖澳旅游区将步入具体实施阶段。据了解,“5S”分别为sun(阳光)、sand(沙滩)、sea(海水)、seafood(海鲜)、seatown(滨海小镇)。《规划》分为三个阶段:近期(2011年至2015年)、中期(2016年至2020年)、远期(2021年至2025年)。《规划》所涉及的范围为环马祖澳地区,具体包括黄岐镇(13平方公里)、马祖列岛(28.8平方公里)、筱埕镇(32平方公里)、安凯乡(31平方公里)、苔菉镇(16平方公
