所谓工程预结算,是对建筑工程项目所需各种材料、人工、机械消耗量及耗用资金的核算,包括定额、价格管理、索赔管理、造价信息管理等,是项目投标以及工程前期和后期工程造价的的重要依据,在建筑工程中有着十分重要的地位。随着社会经济的快速发展,各行各业的发展都十分迅猛,为适应目前基本建设管理体制改革深入发展的需要,建筑工程应统一预结算的编制办法和标准,提高建筑工程预结算的编制质量,消除工程造价失控现象,科学确定与有效控制工程投资,建立一个高效的建筑市场的工程造价管理日趋紧迫。本文就建筑工程预结算的常见问题进行了分析并提出了相应的解决措施。
