目的对2009—2013年间上海市奉贤区放射工作人员个人剂量监测数据进行分析,为该区放射卫生工作提供指导。方法采用中位数和四分位数间距的方法对2009—2013年间该区放射工作人员个人剂量监测结果进行描述并分析比较。结果监测年度内个人年有效剂量中位数为0.064 m Sv。各级医疗单位中,一级医院人均年有效剂量最高,为0.086 m Sv/年。医疗机构个人年有效剂量中位数(0.076 m Sv/a)高于企业。各工种中,X射线工业探伤工作人员的人均年有效剂量最高,为0.083 m Sv/a,人均年有效剂量最低的为密封源及其应用,为0.036 m Sv/a。结论该区放射工作人员累积年有效剂量整体处于较低水平,符合国家剂量限值要求,但应加强对一级医疗机构及企业探伤工作人员的健康干预及健康监护,提高工作人员自身安全意识,避免意外照射发生。
Objective To analyze the personal dose monitoring data of radiation workers in Fengxian District of Shanghai during 2009-2013 and provide guidance for the radiation health work in this area. Methods Median and interquartile range methods were used to describe and compare the individual dose monitoring results of radiation workers in this area during 2009-2013. Results The median annual effective dose for the monitoring year was 0.064 m Sv. Among the medical units at all levels, the annual per capita effective dose of a hospital is the highest, which is 0.086 m Sv / year. The median annual effective dose of medical institutions (0.076 m Sv / a) was higher than that of the enterprises. The average per capita effective dose of X-ray industrial inspection workers was 0.083 m Sv / a in each type of work, and the lowest effective per capita annual was sealed source and its application was 0.036 m Sv / a. Conclusion The accumulated annual effective dose of radiological workers in this area is generally at a low level, which is in line with the national dose limits. However, health interventions and health monitoring of primary medical institutions and enterprise testing staff should be strengthened so as to raise the staff’s awareness of their own safety, Avoid accidental exposure.
