一、创新个性指标。政工人才的个性心理对创新有着重要的影响作用,创新活动要求他们应当具备创造性的个性特点。一是独立性。能够自尊、自信、自强,在思考和行动时能够自主做出决定,不受他人的支配,不依赖他人,不囿于已有的约束。二是开放性。能够积极接触部队,积极投身实践,充分了解实际工作中的发展变化,善于吸收多方面的意见。三是勇敢性。能够敢于向困难挑战,始终保持强劲的勇气,不怕失败,不畏首畏尾、缩头缩脑。四是果断性。有当机立断的魄力,不优柔寡断、瞻前顾后、举棋不定。五是坚韧性。能够坦然面对困难与挫折,百折不挠,吃苦耐劳,始终保持旺盛的斗志。六是专注性。能够躬身实践,保持执着的热情,聚精会神地从事本职工作,不受外界的干扰。
