一、前言在许多实际机组中,並没有直接安装测轴振动的传感器,这时要得到正在运行中的机组的轴振动之值,显然是比较困难的。为了能够在这种情形之下得知轴振动之值,我们设想通过能够测到的轴承座的振动值来估算轴振动之值。为此,我们曾经根据轴—轴承座之简化的数学模型,从理论上进行了初步的分析讨论,並推导出其数学表达式为:
I. INTRODUCTION In many actual units, there is no sensor for measuring the shaft vibration directly. Obviously, it is obviously difficult to get the value of the shaft vibration of the unit in operation at this moment. In order to be able to know the value of the shaft vibration under such circumstances, we envisage estimating the value of the shaft vibration from the vibration values of the bearing seat that can be measured. To this end, we have carried out a preliminary analysis and discussion according to the simplified mathematical model of the shaft-housing, and deduced that its mathematical expression is:
