采用品种间杂交和复交的方法,经过田间农艺性状的选择和实验室品质分析,育成产量高、菜油和菜籽饼粕品质优、熟期适中和抗(耐)病性较好的甘蓝型低芥酸、低硫甙(简称双低,下同)油菜新品种”沪油12”。该品种菜油中芥酸含量0.21%,有益于人体健康的亚油酸含量2442%,油酸含量58.99%,它是一种比传统菜油营养价值更高的新型菜油。该品种菜籽饼粕中硫甙含量25.99μmol/g,能直接作蛋白饲料喂养畜禽。该品种的培育成功对改善食用菜油的品质和提高菜籽饼粕的经济价值都具有十分重要的意义。
