目的:观察参麦活血饮对糖尿病大鼠周围神经传导速度及血浆内皮素(ET)水平的影响,并探讨其作用的可能机理。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱发糖尿病大鼠模型,造模1周后用参麦活血饮治疗。用药4周后用诱发肌电图测定坐骨神经的运动神经传导速度(MNCV),近尾部神经的感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)和 H 反射,放射免疫方法测定血浆 ET 水平。结果:糖尿病大鼠周围神经传导速度减慢,H 反射延迟,血浆 ET 水平升高,与正常对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),参麦活血饮治疗组上述改变减轻,与糖尿病模型组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:参麦活血饮可明显缓解糖尿病大鼠周围神经的早期病变。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenmai Huoxue Decoction on peripheral nerve conduction velocity and plasma endothelin (ET) levels in diabetic rats, and to explore the possible mechanism of its effect. METHODS: Diabetic rat models induced by streptozotocin (STZ) were treated with Shenmai Huoxue Beverage after 1 week. After 4 weeks of treatment, motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV), sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) and H-reflection of the proximal caudal nerve were measured by electromyography, and plasma ET levels were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: Peripheral nerve conduction velocity was slowed, H reflex was delayed, and plasma ET level was increased in diabetic rats. Compared with the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The above changes of Shenmai Huoxueyin treatment group were alleviated, and diabetes was associated with diabetes. Compared with the model group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenmai Huoxue Decoction can significantly alleviate the early lesions of peripheral nerve in diabetic rats.
