针对目前复杂产品不能很好地以低成本快速地响应客户的个性化需求问题,提出将可适应设计方法学应用于复杂产品的快速设计过程。围绕可适应性重用关键技术进行了研究:首先采用规则推理,缩减实例库的检索空间;然后基于最近邻检索法,对相似实例进行了检索,并有效考虑到了属性值为点值和区间值等情况。以液压机产品为例,具体阐述了可适应重用实现过程。结果表明,该方法实现了企业设计知识的有效重用,显著提高了企业快速响应市场的能力。
In response to the current complex products can not respond quickly and cost-effectively to the individual needs of customers, this paper proposes to adapt the design methodology to the rapid design process of complex products. This paper focuses on the key technologies of adaptive reuse. Firstly, rule reasoning is used to reduce the retrieval space of the instance database. Then, based on the nearest neighbor retrieval method, the similar instances are retrieved and effectively considered the attribute values as point values and interval values Happening. Taking hydraulic products as an example, this paper elaborates on the process of adapting to reuse. The results show that this method can effectively reuse enterprise design knowledge and significantly improve the ability of enterprises to respond quickly to the market.
