S195柴油机在使用过程中,由于连杆螺栓松脱,出现连杆将缸体上面捣洞的事故,如图1.近年来在推广铸铁零件加热减应焊的过程中,我们修复了一些这类缸体缺陷,情况良好.现将焊修过程简介如下. 一、焊前准备 1.将缸体需焊补部位清除铁锈、油垢及其它杂质.然后将破损部位边缘用錾子修圆(不能出现尖角,以免应力集中),并开出坡口. 2.按照破损部位修圆后的形状、大小,用3~5毫米的低碳钢板做成补板.为了与原工件形状一致,补板应做成搭接形状,如图2.
