本文是从应用现代断裂力学的概念和方法,运用文献[1]—[8]的论点和测算公式,计算焊接表面冷裂缝的应力强度因子和裂缝尖端处材质实际所具有的裂缝韧性的临界值,通过比较,以判定它实际所具有的扩展状态。为预测、防止和减少它的产生、扩展,造成灾难性失稳断裂,采取有效措施,提供比较可靠的依据。为此曾进行了大量试验,经过解剖,并结合多年产品生产试制、实际使用中所出现的这方面问题,进行了测算、验证,取得了相当吻合的结果。
Based on the conception and method of applying modern fracture mechanics, this paper calculates the stress intensity factor of cold crack on the weld surface and the critical value of the fracture toughness actually possessed by the material at the crack tip by using the arguments and calculation formulas in [1] - [8] , By comparing to determine the actual state of expansion it has. In order to predict, prevent and reduce its production and expansion, causing catastrophic instability, take effective measures to provide a more reliable basis. To this end a large number of experiments have been conducted, after anatomy, combined with many years of trial production of products, the actual use of this issue occurred in the calculation, verification, and achieved very consistent results.
