我厂生产分配式油泵,其中关键零件内凸轮的曲线加工比较困难。该零件是由六支相同的曲线均布在零件内圆上,根据这一特点,采取靠模每转完成一支曲线的仿形加工,也就是说靠模与工件之间传动比为6:1。这样对保证六支曲线的一致性及均布性有很大好处。我们在M131W万能外圆磨床上增加一套工具,解决了这一工艺关键。零件的几何精度及油泵性能都比较理想。现将此方法介绍如下: 零件简图如图1。参数用θ与ρ表示按每半度为间隔给出θ及对应的ρ。h为升程。则:
