依法治国是党在治理国家时坚持的方略,具体到军事领域中,依法治军就是其直接体现。当前,我国正在大力的加强国防和军队的建设,这也要求必须要实行依法治军。军事活动的开展需要在军事法律的范围内来进行,在长期军事实践的过程中,逐渐的形成了军事法律文化。在本文中,介绍了军事法律文化的概念,阐述了依法治军的精神实质和科学内涵,并分析了军事法律文化与法治军的关系,以便于促进依法治军的发展。
Governing the country according to law is the party’s strategy of adhering to the rule of the state. In the military field in particular, it is the direct embodiment of governing the army according to law. At present, our country is making vigorous efforts to strengthen the building of national defense and the armed forces, which also requires that the military must be ruled by law. The development of military activities needs to be carried out within the scope of military law. In the course of long-term military practice, a military legal culture has gradually been formed. In this paper, the concept of military legal culture is introduced, the spiritual essence and scientific connotation of managing the military by law are expounded, and the relationship between the military legal culture and the legal army is analyzed in order to facilitate the development of administering the army according to law.
