关于钙在营养上的意义,国内外学者都曾进行过很多研究,例如陈学存等曾证明在我国一般中学生膳食基础上,每天每人补充1克碳酸钙,对学生的身长体重的提高有显著促进作用。田村氏等证明每天每人补充1克碳酸钙对日本儿童骨骼生长有明显促进作用。最近Dallas和Nordin在对231人钙摄入量及骨骼X光片的分析研究中证实钙摄入量与骨质疏松(Osteoporosis)患病率有密切关系,每天每人钙摄入量高于930毫克者无此病人,由上述可见钙在保证儿童正常生长发育和骨骼的正常钙化方面是起着重要作用,然而我国人民钙供给
Regarding the nutritional significance of calcium, many studies have been conducted by scholars both at home and abroad. For example, Chen Xuecun et al.
