In order to explore the occupational health effects of hard metal dust on working workers, 479 workers exposed to tungsten alloy dust and 303 non-dust workers were examined for high kV chest radiograph, pulmonary function, electrocardiogram and liver function. The results showed that there were significant differences in the sputum output, shortness of breath, chest tightness and dyspnea between the observation group and the control group, and there was no significant difference in the abnormal rates of chest radiograph and pulmonary function between the observation group and the control group. However, FEV_ (1.0) / FVC, PEF in pulmonary function of small airways were significantly different; ECG abnormality difference was statistically significant. The effects of hard metal dust on ventilatory function of pulmonary airways in workers need to be further studied, and the observation of abnormal workers such as lung ventilation function and electrocardiogram should be strengthened.
