目的:通过对6~12个月婴儿父母在喂养及入睡方式上的抚养行为研究,探讨抚养行为对睡眠的影响,为婴儿建立良好的睡眠模式提出干预措施。方法:采取分层随机整群抽样方法,从深圳市各区随机抽取5家社区健康服务中心500名婴儿父母进行睡眠问卷调查。结果:①6~12个月龄婴儿单独入睡困难检出率为27.6%,夜间过度喂食的检出率为12.8%,夜惊的检出率为7.4%;②不同的喂养方式使婴儿在单独入睡困难、夜间过度喂食、夜惊的检出率存在差异;③在不同的入睡方式中,喂奶入睡、睡前拍抱、同床陪伴容易出现睡眠问题。结论:加强对父母科学喂养及睡眠知识的健康教育,消除父母的焦虑,并与父母共同制定睡眠计划是帮助婴儿建立正常睡眠模式的关键。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of parenting behavior on sleep in 6-12 month old infants’ feeding and falling asleep ways and to provide interventions for infants to establish a good sleep pattern. Methods: stratified random cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 500 infants from five community health service centers from various districts of Shenzhen to carry out sleep questionnaire. Results ① The detection rate of dyskinesia in children aged 6 ~ 12 months was 27.6%, the rate of overfeeding in night was 12.8%, and the rate of nocturnal shock was 7.4%. ②The different ways of feeding allowed infants to go to sleep alone Difficulties, over-fed at night, there is a difference between the detection rate of night-stunned; ③ in different ways to fall asleep, feeding to sleep, pat before going to bed, accompanied by bed prone to sleep problems. CONCLUSIONS: Improving health education for parents’ scientific feeding and sleep knowledge, eliminating parental anxiety and establishing a sleep plan with their parents are key to helping infants to establish a normal sleep pattern.
