一、报废的原因拉Ⅰ式2000千克力三级标准测力计,主要是为检定-2型持久强度试验机而设计制造的。据初步了解,这种测力计目前几乎全部报废了,而且大都是使用不久就报废的。这是怎么造成的呢?为了查明原因,我们首先根据检定的原始记录,对这种测力计的示值和载荷之间的线性、弹性环硬度及刚度等参数进行了研究,查明报废的主要原因是刚度设计太小。以No.24测力计为例(见表1),其计算刚度K=351千克力/毫米,换算刚度Ⅰ=0.68。然后用强度计算公式,计算出测力环的最大应力σ_(max)=118千克力/毫米~2。根据设计,这种测
