采用克托莱指数判定青春发育期生长减速阶段少年的体型(纤细、适中、粗壮)共观察15~17岁男生和14~16岁女性210人。检测身高、体重、肩宽、骨盆宽,拍摄手腕骨X光片,判定骨龄,并测量Ⅱ掌骨皮质厚度,计算骨皮质指数。结果表明:男女各年龄组粗壮型少年的骨龄均值明显高于适中型(P<005);反映骨矿化程度的Ⅱ掌骨皮质厚度和皮质指数不同体型间差别不明显。各年龄组肩宽和骨盆宽均值粗壮型大于适中型,除17岁男生外,各性别年龄组不同体型的骨盆宽差异显著(P<005),提示用骨盆宽代表横育水平对此年龄段更有意义。
The Ketolai index was used to determine the body size (slender, moderate and stout) of adolescent during the growth retardation period of puberty. A total of 210 boys aged 15-17 and 14-16 years old were observed. Height, weight, shoulder width and pelvis width were measured. Wrist wrist radiographs were taken to determine bone age. The thickness of metacarpal cortex was measured to calculate the cortical index. The results showed that the mean bone age of juvenile boys and girls of all age groups was significantly higher than that of moderate ones (P <005). The difference of cortical bone thickness and cortical index Ⅱ, which reflected the degree of bone mineralization, had no significant difference among different body types. The average width of shoulder width and pelvis in each age group was larger than that in moderate type. Except for 17-year-old boy, there was significant difference in pelvis width between different sex groups (P <005) Age is more meaningful.
