选取9组不同荷载及水头差作用下受氯离子和硫酸根离子腐蚀15d后的混凝土试块,测量其承载力,同时对混凝土试块粉末进行X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析,研究了不同荷载和水头差对混凝土受侵蚀破坏的影响和破坏机理,建立了受腐蚀混凝土承载力模型.实验表明:不同工况下混凝土承载力随水头差或荷载的增大而减小,荷载和水头差会增加混凝土试块中反应产物的量并改变混凝土内部的形貌、加剧混凝土腐蚀,且水头差的作用更明显.荷载和水头差共同作用对混凝土试块的影响比单独作用对混凝土性能的影响更显著.
Nine groups of concrete specimens were selected after 9 days of different loads and head differentials were corroded by chloride ion and sulfate ion to measure their bearing capacity. At the same time, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were performed on the concrete specimen powders to study different loads and The influence of head differential on the erosion and failure of concrete is analyzed. The bearing capacity model of corroded concrete is established. Experiments show that under different working conditions, the bearing capacity of concrete decreases with the difference of head or load, and the load and head difference increase. The amount of reaction product in the concrete block changes the internal appearance of the concrete and exacerbates the corrosion of the concrete, and the effect of head difference is more pronounced. The combined effect of load and head difference has a more significant effect on the concrete block than the effect of the individual on the concrete performance. .
