杨宗满,1949年生人,北京烤鸭全聚德第五代传人;北京前门全聚德烤鸭店副总经理兼公关部经理;北京烹饪协会理事、监事,首都营养食品研究所理事。1978年,由东北生产建设兵团回到北京后开始学艺,1986年考取国家特级烹调技师职称;1990年被评为全国旅游先进工作者;1995年被评为北京市劳动模范;1996年被评为全国先进女职工,同年被评为全国三八红旗
