目的将mini-VIDAS法和膜芯片2种快速筛检方法与国标培养法进行比较,评估2种快速筛检方法的效果和可操作性。方法以金黄色葡萄球菌为目标菌,针对3种筛检方法设计灵敏性、特异性、抗干扰性实验和人工污染实验,通过比较获得3种筛检方法的应用效果情况。结果国标培养法和mini-VIDAS法的灵敏性较好,mini-VIDAS法和膜芯片法的特异性和抗干扰性较好,人工污染实验中3种方法的结果均符合设计预期。结论日常检验中可采用国标培养法和mini-VIDAS法进行筛检工作,应急任务可使用膜芯片法,以缩短筛检时间,mini-VIDAS法和膜芯片法是金黄色葡萄球菌快速筛检的可靠工具。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the two rapid screening methods of mini-VIDAS and membrane chip with the national standard culture method to evaluate the effectiveness and maneuverability of two rapid screening methods. Methods Staphylococcus aureus was used as the target bacteria. The sensitivity, specificity, anti-interference experiments and artificial pollution experiments were designed according to the three screening methods. The application effects of three screening methods were compared. Results The results showed that the sensitivity of mini-VIDAS method was better than that of mini-VIDAS method. The specificity and anti-interference ability of mini-VIDAS method and membrane-chip method were better. The results of three methods in artificial contamination experiment all met the design expectation. Conclusion The routine test can use the national standard culture method and mini-VIDAS method for screening work, emergency tasks can use the membrane chip method to shorten the screening time, mini-VIDAS method and membrane chip method is the rapid screening of Staphylococcus aureus Reliable tools.
