1 清咽雾化液的制备1.1 处方:金银花、板兰根、山豆根、青天葵、岗梅根、桔梗等十味中药。1.2 制备:取处方诸药,置提取锅中,加水煎煮2次,每次2小时,煎液分别过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至2g/ml,加95%乙醇使含醇量达60%,充分搅匀,放置24小时后过滤,滤液减压回收乙醇,药液加水适量稀释、搅匀,放置过夜,抽滤。滤液中加适量甜菊糖作矫味剂,加水调节至需要量,分装,100℃消毒30分钟。2 药理学实验研究2.1 实验材料 小鼠BALB/C种系,SPF级,公鸡;清咽雾化液,生理盐水,氢化可的松注射液,5%鸡红细胞(CRBC)液;生物显微镜,分析天平,离心机,恒温培养箱。
