目的薏苡仁油属于不饱和脂肪酸,易氧化变质,用β-环糊精(β-CD)包合技术将薏苡仁油包合,使其粉末化。并考察其包合比。方法用饱和水溶液法制备薏苡仁油β-环糊精包合物,用均匀设计表U7(73)初步确定包合条件,用正交试验表L9(34)得到最佳包合条件,采用差示扫描量热分析、X-射线衍射法、红外分光光度法、电镜扫描法验证包合物,并测定包合物的包合比。结果投料比为1∶8,β-环糊精∶水1∶10,包合温度65℃,包合时间18 h;薏苡仁油可与β-环糊精形成1∶1(摩尔比)的包合物,包合常数281.07 mol·L-1。结论在本研究条件下,薏苡仁油可与β-环糊精形成稳定的包合物,有利于制成固体制剂。
Objective Coix seed oil is an unsaturated fatty acid, easy to oxidative deterioration, β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) inclusion technology will coix seed oil inclusion, its powder. And examine the inclusion ratio. Methods The β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of Coix Seed Oil was prepared by saturated aqueous solution. The inclusion conditions were preliminarily determined by U7 (73) with uniform design. The optimal inclusion conditions were obtained by orthogonal test table L9 (34) Scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and electron microscopy were used to verify the inclusion complex. The inclusion ratio of the inclusion complex was determined. Results The feed ratio was 1: 8, β-cyclodextrin: water 1:10, inclusion temperature 65 ℃, inclusion time 18 h; Coix seed oil could form 1: 1 molar ratio with β-cyclodextrin Inclusion compound, inclusion constant 281.07 mol·L-1. Conclusion Under the conditions of this study, Coix Seed Oil can form a stable inclusion complex with β-cyclodextrin, which is good for making solid preparations.
