在ERP中,最核心的职能就是财务管理。因此,在实施ERP时,财务管理与控制一直都是企业关注的重点与关键。在国际上,一些ERP的主要供应商纷纷提供了功能强、特点优、性能好的财务管理与控制系统,并在很多著名企业得到了广泛应用,ERP也发挥了其显著的优势,取得了较为明显的成效。随着我国经济社会的快速发展,提升企业财务管理与控制已经势在必行。文章探讨了ERP对企业财务管理与控制的重要意义、存在的问题,并结合我国企业的实际,提出了一些对策与措施。
