中学阶段,我们应该让学生掌握一定的基本知识、基本技能和基本方法,应该着重培养学生各方面素质。而劳动技术素质是中学教育中应该培养的重要素质之一。 然而,目前许多中学往往轻视对学生劳动技术素质的培养,学校的工作几乎全部放在了学生的升学考试上。开设劳动技术课,虽说了多年,但至今仍未列入课表、进入中学课堂。理科教学中,普遍存在着重理论、轻技术,重知识、轻技能,重分数、轻应用的现象。教师教学中,总是片面强调学生对理论知识的掌握,而轻视培养学生实际操作能力的实验课,有时甚至连演示实验也不做。实验课开设率极低,一般中学仅仅只有百分之几。许多中学不仅实验设备简陋,而且利用率极低。
In the middle school stage, we should allow students to master certain basic knowledge, basic skills and basic methods, and should focus on cultivating students in all aspects. The technical quality of labor is one of the important qualities that should be cultivated in middle school education. However, at present, many secondary schools often despise the cultivation of students’ technical skills. The work of the school is almost entirely on the students’ entrance examinations. Although the establishment of a labor and technical class has been for many years, it has not yet been included in the timetable and entered the middle school classroom. In science teaching, there is a widespread phenomenon that focuses on theory, light technology, emphasis on knowledge, light skills, heavy scores, and light application. In the teaching of teachers, one-sided emphasis is always placed on students’ mastery of theoretical knowledge, while ignoring experimental courses that develop students’ practical abilities, and sometimes even demonstrative experiments are not done. The opening rate of experimental courses is extremely low, and only a few percent of the average middle schools are. Many secondary schools not only have poor laboratory equipment, but also have very low utilization rates.
