一、高强度钢的可焊性一般认为随着钢板强度的提高,可采用较小的焊接电流和较大的电极压力,以及较长的焊接时间可以得到满意的点焊。1.焊接质量(1)点焊区的强度:钢板的化学成份对可焊性有显著的影响,首先是碳当量的影响,碳当量对各种不同高强度钢点焊性的影响如图1所示,虚线左边是可焊接的,虚线右边的可焊性就不好。从图中可看出,碳当量应低于规定限度,并且采用热处理方法来提高
