文章通过对伊洛河流域地形地貌、水土流失特点、农业经济发展等因子的综合分析,确定地面物质组成和地形地貌特征为水土保持分区的主导因子。根据主导因子相似性原则、经济发展相适应和便于实施管理的原则,将伊洛河流域划分为伊洛河上游中低山预防保护区、伊洛河中游浅山生态建设区、伊洛河中游丘陵综合治理区和伊洛河下游河川农田防护区四个水土保持分区。结合各分区特点,提出了各区生产发展方向及措施布局,为流域水土保持综合规划治理提供支持。
Based on the comprehensive analysis of topography, soil erosion characteristics, agricultural economic development and other factors in the Yiluo River Basin, the article determines that the composition of topography and topography are the dominant factors for the division of soil and water conservation. According to the principle of similarity of dominant factors, adapting to economic development and implementing management, the Yiluo River Basin is divided into middle and low mountain prevention and protection zones in the upper Yiluo River, shallow mountain ecological construction zone in the middle Yiluo River, middle Yiluo River hills Comprehensive management area and the lower reaches of the Yiluo River farmland protection zone four soil and water conservation zones. Combined with the characteristics of each sub-district, it puts forward the production development direction and measures layout in all districts, and provides support for comprehensive planning and management of soil and water conservation in the basin.
