目的:利用Box-Behnken效应面法优化银杏达莫注射液的配伍条件。方法:选择放置时间、溶媒种类、溶媒体积、剂量4个因素为自变量,以不溶性微粒和总黄酮醇苷含量的总评归一值为评价指标,拟合二次项方程,绘制三维效应面图,选取最佳配伍条件。结果:最佳配伍条件为10 ml样品与400 ml的0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍,宜在1 h内静滴完毕。结论:Box-Behnken效应面法优化银杏达莫注射液的配伍条件预测性好,为临床用药提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the compatibility conditions of Yinxingdamo injection with Box-Behnken effect surface method. Methods: Four factors were chosen as the independent variable, such as time of placement, type of solvent, volume of solvent and dosage, and the quadratic equation was fitted by the total value of insoluble particles and total flavonol glycosides. , Select the best compatibility conditions. Results: The best compatible conditions for the 10 ml sample and 400 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection compatibility, intravenous infusion should be completed within 1 h.
