目的 :探讨转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)在胃癌发生发展及转移中的作用。方法 :采用免疫组化S P法检测了5 4例大肠癌、10例正常大肠粘膜内TGF β1的表达。结果 :(1)大肠癌组织中TGF β1的阳性表达率 (10 0 % )显著高于正常肠粘膜 (10 % ) (P <0 .0 1) ;(2 )TGF β1的表达强度在淋巴结转移组显著高于无淋巴结转移组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;(3)TGF β1的表达与大肠癌的组织类型无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :TGF β1表达参与了肠癌发生发展和转移 ,可用于结肠癌预后的判断
Objective: To investigate the role of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in the development and metastasis of gastric cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of TGF-β1 in 54 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 10 cases of normal colorectal mucosa. Results: (1) The positive rate of TGF-β1 in colorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal intestinal mucosa (10%) (P <0.01). (2) The expression of TGF-β1 in lymph node metastasis Group was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). (3) The expression of TGF-β1 was not associated with the type of colorectal cancer (P> 0.05). Conclusion: TGF β1 is involved in the development and metastasis of colorectal cancer and may be used to judge the prognosis of colon cancer
