近年来报导测定铬(Ⅲ)的方法较多,如PAN、TAR、偶氮胂Ⅱ等,其中偶氮胂Ⅲ法的选择性较好,灵敏度也较高。我们合成了测定铬(Ⅲ)的新显色剂对碘偶氮胂。该显色剂合成方法简单,试剂易溶于水,并且稳定。在弱酸性介质中,乳化剂OP存在下,对碘偶氮胂与铬(Ⅲ)所形成的络合物具有相当高的灵敏度,摩尔吸光系数达到5.60×10~4(UV-300型分光光度计),比偶氮胂Ⅲ法高2.15倍。方法的选择性较好,Fe(Ⅲ)、V(Ⅴ)等离子的干扰可用盐酸羟胺消除。用本法测定某些合金钢中的微量铬和用
In recent years, there are many methods for the determination of chromium (Ⅲ), such as PAN, TAR and arsenazo Ⅱ. Among them, the arsenazo Ⅲ method has better selectivity and higher sensitivity.
