随着我国社会经济的快速发展,特别是城市化建设的不断深入,建筑行业得到了长足的发展。在我国可持续发展战略实施过程中,节能住宅建筑施工是其中重要的组成部分,通过对住宅建筑节能施工控制,能够实现建筑节能效果。在城市化发展过程中,住宅建筑工程逐渐增多,只有不断的加强节能施工技术革新,强化施工技术控制,才能适应时代的发展,贯彻落实我国可持续发展战略。本文首先分析节能住宅建筑施工工艺的特点,然后从几个方面入手,探讨节能住宅建筑施工技术控制要点,供有关人员参考。
With the rapid socio-economic development of our country, especially the deepening of urbanization, the construction industry has made great strides. In our country’s sustainable development strategy implementation process, the energy-saving residential building construction is one of the important components, through the energy saving construction control of residential buildings, to achieve energy-saving effect of the building. In the process of urbanization, residential construction projects are gradually increasing. Only by continuously improving technical innovation of energy-saving construction and strengthening construction technology control can we adapt to the development of the times and implement the strategy of sustainable development in our country. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of energy-saving residential building construction process, and then start with several aspects to explore energy-saving residential building construction technology control points for the reference of the relevant personnel.
