目的 :观察软脉胶囊对角叉菜胶引起的大鼠血栓形成的影响 ,探讨其抗血栓形成作用的血液流变学机制。方法 :大鼠sc角叉菜胶 1 5mg·kg- 1复制血栓模型。给药后观察大鼠尾部血栓形成状况 ,进行血流变学分析。结果 :软脉胶囊 0 81、 2 4 3g/kg能对抗角叉菜胶引起的大鼠血栓黑尾的形成 ;0 81、 2 4 3g/kg均能降低切变率为 1 50·S- 1、 50·S- 1、 1·S- 1时全血粘度和血浆粘度。结论 :软脉胶囊具有抗角叉菜胶引起大鼠血栓作用
Objective : To observe the effect of Ruanmai capsule on carrageenan-induced thrombosis in rats and to explore its hemorheological mechanism of antithrombotic effect. Methods: Rat sc carrageenan 15 mg·kg-1 replicate thrombus model. After administration, the tail thrombosis was observed and hemorheological analysis was performed. RESULTS: Capsules 0 81 and 24 3g/kg of Ruanmai Capsule could resist the formation of black tail of rat thrombus induced by carrageenan; 0 81 and 2 4 3g/kg could reduce the shear rate of 1 50 ·S - 1 , 50 · S-1, 1 · S-1 when the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity. Conclusion : Ruanmai capsule has anti-carrageenan-induced thrombosis in rats
