关联性诊断作为一种重要的故障诊断方法,对于缩短民机等复杂系统故障判定时间、减少故障损失、提高检修准确性、节约维修费用等,有着重大的理论意义和应用价值;介绍了民用飞机故障诊断技术的研究现状,在此基础上,提出并深入阐述了一种关联性诊断方法的原理与功能设计,并以风挡防冰系统为例进行验证;结果表明,根据原理分析所建立的系统模型,能够正确识别风挡防冰子系统敌障,证明了该方法的有效性。
As an important fault diagnosis method, relevance diagnosis is of great theoretical significance and application value for shortening the time of fault diagnosis of complex systems such as civil aircraft, reducing fault losses, improving maintenance accuracy, and saving maintenance costs.
