硫代米嗤酮分光光度法测定汞,是测汞的高灵敏显色反应之一,其ε值为1.7×10~5 ι·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),但要在20%的二甲基甲酰胺介质中进行反应。不久前人们合成了硫代米嗤酮(TMK)的衍生物4,4’-二(二乙氨基)二苯硫酮(BDPTK),并已用于金和钯的分光光度测定。本文研究了新试剂BDPTK在Triton X-100存在下与汞(Ⅱ)的显色反应,其摩尔吸光系数ε=1.74×10~5 ι·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),选择性也比TMK好,拟订的分光光度法用于环境水标样中汞的直接测定,得到了满意的结果。方法简便、快速、可靠。
The determination of mercury with thiomorphone spectrophotometry is one of the highly sensitive colorimetric reactions for the determination of mercury with an ε value of 1.7 × 10-5 mol · cm -1, The reaction was carried out in 20% dimethylformamide medium. Not long ago, 4,4’-bis (diethylamino) diphenylthione (BDPTK), a derivative of thiomorphone (TMK), was synthesized and has been used for the spectrophotometric determination of gold and palladium. In this paper, the color reaction of the new reagent BDPTK with mercury (Ⅱ) in the presence of Triton X-100 was studied. The molar absorptivity ε = 1.74 × 10-5 mol·L-1, The selectivity is also better than that of TMK. The proposed spectrophotometry was applied to the direct determination of mercury in environmental water samples with satisfactory results. The method is simple, fast and reliable.
